We are delighted to once again join with The Wellness Community-Foothills in hosting the Tenth Annual Women’s Educational Health Conference and Expo, October 29, 2010, at the Pasadena Convention Center.
In this uncertain economy and fragile environment, we are committed to offering programs that educate and empower people and our communities to enhance their quality of life.
Our full-day event is taking place at the beautiful Convention Center in Pasadena. Our program and exhibits will provide all attendees with information on female-related health issues, available services, and ways to influence health policy.
Enjoy the conference, get empowered with knowledge, and spread the word. My thanks, best wishes, and warmest personal regards to you all.

Our conference motto continues to be “Knowledge is Power.” With knowledge, we can help ourselves and others. Your attendance today helps us reach our first goal: to increase awareness of female-related health issues, their prevention, detection, treatment, and cure.
Our second goal is to make you the messengers of this information by empowering you to spread the word to family members, friends, co-workers, and other associates about the absolute importance of healthy living, regular screening, and early detection and treatment. I ask you to join me in this mission. |

We extend a special note of thanks to Huntington Memorial Hospital, The California Endowment our health partner and ABC7 our Media Sponsor.
We are deeply grateful to our Premier Sponsors, AT&T, Southern California Edison, and Kaiser Permanente. I thank our Corporate Sponsors, U.S. Bank and State Farm; our other public-spirited sponsors, the City of Pasadena, City of Hope, Care1st, and Links of Altadena & Pasadena; and our long-time, generous Friendship Sponsors. All are listed in our program. We greatly appreciate the cooperation and generosity of these civic-minded corporate and organizational sponsors.
And we are very pleased to acknowledge the dedication of our volunteer committee members, who work long and hard every year to bring this event to the community. We would not be here today without them. |
